Where is my progress saved?
Your progress, stars and office are saved on your device. If you delete the app, your progress is deleted too.
I bought Remove Ads. How do I get it back on a new device?
Open Settings in the game and tap Restore Purchases, signed in with the same Apple Account you used to buy it.
How do I get a refund?
Purchases are handled by Apple. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
I am stuck on a board.
Tap the light bulb for a hint. You can also restart the board at any time without losing anything.
I found a bug.
Please email us with your device model, the case and board name, and what happened. A screenshot helps a lot.
